Manaba is working very closely with a variety of Nurseries and Pre-Schools in the Southampton, Eastleigh, Chandlers Ford and Chilworth areas.
We need experienced and qualified Early Years Practitioners for regular, weekly bookings with a variety of age groups from 0-4 years ; with longer term assignments also available.
We have a high demand for Early Years Practitioners in these locations, and are therefore looking for applicants who can help cover bookings for the Autumn Term, starting as soon as possible.
Applicants offering both full and part time availability are welcomed. Hours can vary between 7.30am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday, all year round as well as term time only.
Excellent rates of pay from £13 per hour, and flexibility of work that suits your availability.
Responsibilities:
Helping the children learn through play, and stimulation activities
Working closely with other supervisors and support staff to ensure that all children are happy, and healthy.
Assisting with cleaning and lunches if required
Making sure safeguarding is a priority, and concerns about a child or the behaviour of an adult are reported.
Requirements:
Early Years qualification, for example NVQ Level-2 or 3 (or equivalent)
A passion to encourage the development of all children
You must be a team oriented individual
Have an Enhanced Level DBS on the Update Service or be prepared to apply for a new one
Previous childcare or work related references are essential
